Zola
Zola is a social butterfly and a favorite of her trainers. She was born on March 23, 2023; her sire is CTW Pipe Down and her dam is Dutch Zinger; her brother is JSP Zorros Storm. She had 31 races in Wheeling, WV and retired to pursue the life of a couch potato.
Zola is a striking dark brindle greyhound whose small frame carries a big personality. She is curious and clever, always eager to explore her surroundings and figure out new things. Zola adores her toys, and she is not shy about showing her playful, sassy side. She likes to think she is in charge, and her spirited nature makes her a joy to watch and engage with. Beneath her bold streak, Zola is affectionate and thrives on interaction, whether that is a walk around the neighborhood, playtime, or learning something new.
Training comes naturally to her because she is highly food-motivated and loves to show off the commands she already knows, such as “shake” and “down.” She still carries a touch of puppy energy and wants to be entertained and challenged, making her an excellent match for someone who appreciates a lively, intelligent companion. Zola does have a higher prey drive, so she should not live with cats or very small dogs. She does well with medium-sized breeds and enjoys the company of her two greyhound foster brothers.
Most of all, Zola loves being with her people. When she is not napping or playing, she will be at your side, gazing up at you with her big almond eyes, ready to see what adventures come next. She would do best in a home with people who understand her confident nature and are happy to guide her with a good routine, consistency, and plenty of love. Zola is sure to shine in her forever home as a loyal, entertaining, and faithful companion.
