• House Manners Expert: Dave is a polite housemate who respects your furniture and only chews on his own toys. Just keep an eye on the kitchen counters—he is a bit of an opportunistic counter-surfer if tasty treats are left in reach!
• Car & Adventure Companion: Dave rides like a total dream in the car. On walks, he’s a fast-paced explorer who loves covering distance and taking in the sights, pausing only for brief potty stops. He has great leash manners, though his excitement gets the best of him when he sees bunnies, squirrels, or other pups—he’ll head to the end of the leash to bark and say hello, but he won’t try to pull you over.
• Loyal Shadow: Dave loves lounging on a cozy dog bed in the same room as his humans, but the second you stand up, he’s right behind you just in case an adventure (or a snack!) is about to happen. At night, he sleeps like a rock on his bed next to yours. He might nudge you for early breakfast check-ins, but a quick “not time yet” is all it takes for him to curl back up and snooze.
• Greyhound Enthusiast: Dave does great living alongside other greyhounds! He showed off his social side at a recent greyhound walk, though he can be a bit of a “breed snob” who gets extra vocal and reactive around non-greyhound breeds.
