Carl 
Carl is a lovely red brindle born January 16, 2022. His sire is Superior Panama, and his dam is Wynburn Willow. Carl has 12 races to his credit before he retired in December 2025.
Carl is an inquisitive and energetic greyhound who is ready to learn the ropes of pet life. He is a curious boy who enjoys exploring his surroundings and is very food motivated, which will be a great asset when it comes to ongoing training and learning new routines. Carl has been exposed to children aged 8 years and over and has handled these interactions well. Due to his enthusiasm and need for continued training, he would be best suited to a home with children aged 8+ who can understand and respect his space.
Carl would not be suitable to live with small dogs or cats. During assessments he showed strong interest in small fluffy dogs and was difficult to redirect, and when tested with a robotic cat he attempted to grab it. For this reason, a home without small animals would be required. He has demonstrated a high prey drive and can become very focused, however his strong food motivation provides a great opportunity for positive reinforcement training to help him continue developing good manners and pet life skills.
With the right guidance, structure, and a committed family willing to invest time into his ongoing training, Carl has the potential to grow into a loyal and rewarding companion.
