Millie

Millie (AKA Atascocita Lisp), born June 20, 2014, is a 56 lb brindle female with a huge personality and propensity for cuddles! She had 37 races to her credit back in the day. Millie was surrendered to GALT due to changes in the family’s living arrangements

Millie hasn’t aged a day since she came off the track in 2016 and she still loves to run and play.  She loves her spa days – bath and brush, filing nails, cleaning ears and brushing teeth. She can sit, speak and offer each paw for the low cost of your approval. She does not do well on hard or slick surfaces and will require some kind of rug or runners to navigate the house. She is flexible and adapts to any situation, except a home with cat.

Millie came to GALT with a growth on her neck that was determined to be a mast cell tumor. Her pain is being managed in a loving foster home where she is enjoying life to the fullest.
