Zees, aka RJ's Zees, is a 2½-year-old white and brindle female born November 23, 2005. Her sire is the Irish bred Larking About and her dam is RJ's Spot,
making her grand sire Molotov. Zees racing career started June 7, 2007, at Bluffs Run in Iowa and finished after only 12 races on December 7, 2007, with a class
3 fracture of her left central tarsal bone. Surgery was performed with Dr. Bob Radasch of the Dallas Veterinary Surgical
Center, and Zees' life as a companion pet will not be affected by this injury. Zees is ready to find her forever home!
Zees' encounter with the cat: Zees had very little interest in the cat. She saw the cat in action, smelled the cat, got sniffed by the cat, followed the cat a short distance a few times, and consistently veered off from the direction the cat was going. Passed. Hopefully an encounter with a small dog will go as well.
