Faith, aka War Child, is a stunning 3½-year-old white and brindle female. Her sire is Always Faithful and her dam is Skin Mist. Greyhound-Data org records 13 racing to Faiths credit, all at the Southland track in West Memphis, Arkansas, starting November 26, 2003 and finishing February 10, 2004. She has spent the last year as a blood donor, and is now retired to find her forever home! Faith is in a foster home with several other canines, and gets along well with all. Faith is cat trainable.
Faith has only been with me a week, but it is fair to say that, having never been in a home, she is a little concerned about the normal noises of my household. She is hesitant of many things, but she is warming up to things and gets along great with her foster brother and sisters (two greyhounds and an elderly Labrador).
She is crate trained and hasn't had one accident, which is saying a lot with her foster mom being away for a 10.5 - 11 hour work day. She is sleeping out of her crate now in the master bathroom, which is where she feels the most comfortable for the time being. She does come out to check on things periodically and this is a very good sign - nothing a little time and TLC won't cure.
Faith is a beautiful girl who wants nothing more than to find her forever home and give her love to someone and make a wonderful companion!
