Dugan is a 1-year-old male born in July 2013. His litter tattoo is obscured and we are still trying to read it. Dugan was picked up as a stray in Tulia, TX. This laid-back youngster is a looker!

Dugan has passed an initial cat test and is living with cats in a foster home.
