Darren

Darren is estimated to be a 2 year old white, fawn, black and brindle greyhound/saluki mix. He was found as a stray in Lillian, TX, and picked up by an avid animal lover, who contacted GALT. Darren's saluki feathers were so matted with cockleburs and thorns that shaving was necessary. Although he is heartworm negative, he has a significant positive titer to Ehrlichia Canis. Treatment for this condition has commenced in his foster home and will continue for approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

UPDATE 12/2/19: Darren's Ehrlichia Canis has been successfully treated and he is now ready for his forever home.
