Dancer, fka Dance Monkey, is an almost 2 year old white and brindle female born on November 13, 2018. Her sire is Galena and her dam is Moto IB Cat. She only had 8 races before hanging up her silk. Dancer is undergoing her medical evaluation and will be tested for cat and small animal tolerance soon.
Dancer is a beautiful girl with the cutest ears that flip forward. She is polite, demure and very well behaved. She is shy at first and is coming out of her shell a little more every day. Dancer has good house manners (no counter surfing), she sleeps through the night and loves her treats.
She is most comfortable resting in her crate even though there are several dog beds in the house. I leave the crate door open so she can come and go as she pleases. She has not gotten into any mischief though she will occasionally relocate something into her crate. Usually it's my socks or her foster brother’s peanut butter Kong when he is finished with it (even though she has her own).
Dancer is quiet and does not jump. We live in an apartment without a dog run so she loves to go for walks and is very good on the leash. The concept of toys is still beyond her comprehension though Dancer does like a soft toy as a pillow. When I leave she does not exhibit separation anxiety and likes the company of another dog.
She is a very gentle girl who loves to be petted. Dancer is looking for a forever home with another dog in an apartment or a house where she can be loving companion for some lucky family.
