Ann is a petite 5 year old brindle female born in 2013. She was part of the population from the blood bank facility located in Cherokee, TX that closed in November 2017. Ann was in a home as an only dog for a year, but returned to GALT when complications cropped up from a broken-leg repair surgery back in September 2018. Due to those complications and on the advice of veterinary specialists, Ann had her back right leg amputated at the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center, and she is very happy to be out of pain and hopping around. Ann is friendly to all dogs, large and small, but has not yet been tested with cats or other small animals.
