2015 GALT Blessing of the Hounds
On October 25, 2015, many hounds and humans joined GALT for our annual blessing of the hounds across from Les Lacs Linear Park in Addison, Texas. Thanks to Rev. Melissa Bitting who conducted the blessing. Attending dogs each received an individual blessing, a St. Francis of Assisi medal, a blessing certificate and we were all further blessed by a break in the weather. The names of all those crossing the Rainbow Bridge since the 2014 Blessing to now were read aloud with a moment of silence following to remember them.
