Loretta, aka Back to Loretta, is a 2.5 year old fawn female born July 18, 2015. Her sire is KC and All and her dam is Lostdog of Texas. Loretta sustained a broken leg during a collision with another dog at the end of a race on January 31st at Gulf Greyhound Park in LaMarque, TX. Surgery was performed at the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center by Dr. Robert Radasch on February 12, 2018, that stabilized her leg so it can heal. She is in an external fixator and being kept quiet in a foster home for the next 8 weeks. Loretta has not yet been tested with cats or other small animals.

The special medical treatment cost needed by Loretta is why the Miss Mesa Fund was established. If you would like to help with Loretta's care, please take a moment to make a donation to the fund. You WILL and CAN make a difference in Loretta's life and the lives of other greyhounds in need of special medical care. Your help and support will make a difference - one greyhound at a time.
