Charlie Memorial

I never knew the magic one dog could possess until I met Charlie. Even though Charlie was a "skinny old man", he was the most beautiful and captivating dog I had ever seen... those big eyes and perky ears. He was so very loving and gentle. We had an instant connection... he loved me and I loved him with all my heart. I brought this "old man" into my home, and promised him I would love him and be his forever mom while taking care of him until his final day. Sadly, this final day was yesterday, December 6, 2005. He was a very proud and dignified dog, and I knew it was time for him to go to the Rainbow Bridge before he lost any of his dignity. He died peacefully and proudly lying on his bed and after a lot of kisses on his big nose. My family and I will never forget him as he will live in our hearts forever.
