Arizona is estimated to be about 4 years old and is a small fawn female, found in terrible shape as a stray in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has been diagnosed with Hepatozoon Canis which is derived from eating an infected tick. Treatment has started and will continue for an estimated 8 weeks. Arizona is living with a cat in her foster home, but has not been around other small animals. Please keep "Arizona from Argentina" in your thoughts for a positive outcome of her treatment.

The special medical treatment cost needed by Arizona is why the Miss Mesa Fund was established. If you would like to help with Arizona's care, please take a moment to make a donation to the fund. You WILL and CAN make a difference in Arizona's life and the lives of other greyhounds in need of special medical care. Your help and support will make a difference - one greyhound at a time.
